His unparalleled works in the world of art and cinema have left a lasting and unforgettable impact on Iranian culture and beyond. His unique vision and unwavering commitment to art not only shaped Iranian cinema but also brought the voice of our people’s spirit to the ears of the world.
I always remember the moment when Bahram Bayzai received the Special Jury Award for his film “Ragbar” at the first Tehran International Film Festival in 1972. Those were hopeful days for Iranian cinema, and in that moment, Bahram’s boundless genius was clearly evident.
