H.I.M. Queen Farah Pahlavi visited Cairo in February 2015 to pay her respects at the temporary tomb of H.I.M. the Late Shah of Iran Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi. Before going to El Refaeie Mosque and accompanied by Mrs. Jehan Sadat, Shahbanou laid a wreath at the grave of the late President Anwar Sadat of Egypt.
